G&E Partners is continuing its growth and is looking to hire an ambitious Executive Recruitment Consultant with 2–4 years of recruitment experience. This role is suited to a consultant who has already developed a solid foundation in recruitment and is looking to take the next step in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment.

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building long-term client partnerships, and developing your own market within one of our specialist sectors. Experience recruiting within Construction, Civil Engineering, Water/Wastewater, Data Centres/Mission Critical markets in the United States would be highly advantageous, although it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through to candidate placement
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with clients and senior industry professionals
  • Identify and engage high-calibre candidates for mid to senior-level roles
  • Consistently deliver successful placements and generate revenue
  • Develop your own market within a specialist sector
  • Conduct market mapping, headhunting, and targeted candidate outreach
  • Provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain strong pipelines of both clients and candidates
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience in a 360 or business development focused role
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent placements and revenue generation
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial skills
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and performance-driven
  • Experience recruiting within Construction, Civil Engineering, or Water/Wastewater sectors, particularly within the US market, is a strong advantage
