What You’ll Do:
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients through cold calling, business development, and networking with high‑worth individuals
- Head‑hunt candidates – understanding candidates' career ambitions, skills, and experience
- Understand client needs and provide tailored executive search solutions.
- Manage every step of the hiring process, from candidate interviews to post‑hire follow‑ups.
- Negotiate offers and help guide both clients and candidates through the entire recruitment process.
- Interview and work with C‑Suite and Executive‑level candidates to help them find their next long‑term position.
- Build cutting‑edge databases, to continually position G&E Group as a market leader within your specialism
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
