Responsibilities:
- Headhunting candidates - understanding candidates' career ambitions, skills and experience.
- Communicating with clients - understanding clients’ business trajectory and what skills and characteristics they are looking for.
- Negotiating terms and contracts between candidates and clients.
- Interviewing and working with C-Suite and Executive level candidates to help them find their next long-term position.
- Building cutting-edge databases, to continually position G&E Partners as a market leader in your specialised markets.

This role provides full autonomy over where your career is heading, whether that be management or working on your solo business contribution.
At G&E Partners we have developed a clear career progression pathway from entry-level to Managing Director. This progression is directly based on your performance. Each of our managers started as an Executive Search Consultant, as no manager is externally hired. This progression can be rapid, with many consultants becoming managers within 12 - 18 months.
Internal Training Academy:
G&E Partners runs an internal training academy led by our Learning and Development team. As a new consultant, you will spend 5 weeks training, making you a 360-degree Consultant. This includes taking part in comprehensive workshops, designed to create future business leaders. This training will give you skills to communicate effectively and form new client relationships in your market, allowing you to place candidates immediately. We further ensure that every employee is developing and growing in their position by running weekly internal training sessions.
