Job Description

G&E Group is on the hunt for ambitious, driven graduates to join our expanding team of Executive Search Consultants based in our headquarters in Oxford Circus.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduates or soon-to-be graduates (2025): less than 2 years of professional experience
  • Driven and Ambitious: You’re eager to learn and committed to building a successful career in executive search.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Bring a problem-solving, solution-focused approach to the table.
  • Desire to learn: adaptable & flexible individuals who are quick to learn new concepts
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and communication skills, as well as negotiation skills (or a strong desire to learn those)

What You'll Do:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through networking, business development, and marketing.
  • Headhunting candidates – understanding candidates' career ambitions, skills and experience
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored executive search solutions.
  • Manage every step of the hiring process, from candidate interviews to post-hire follow-ups.
  • Source and shortlist the best talent for our clients.
  • Negotiate offers and help guide both clients and candidates through the entire recruitment process.
  • Interviewing and working with C-Suite and Executive level candidates to help them find their next long-term position.
  • Building cutting-edge databases, to continually position G&E Partners as a market leader in your specialised markets.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Your Training & Development:

Our in-house G&E Academy and the Learning and Development team will provide a tailored blend of on-the-job, classroom-based training, supplemented with one-on-one sessions with bespoke e-learning. We’re here to help you progress from day one to eventually run your own business unit.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: From £26,000-30,000 per year
  • Additional Pay: Bonus scheme, commission, performance bonuses, quarterly rewards
