G&E Group is on the hunt for ambitious, driven graduates to join our expanding team of Executive Search Consultants based in our headquarters in Oxford Circus.

What We’re Looking For:
- Graduates or soon-to-be graduates (2025): less than 2 years of professional experience

What You'll Do:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through networking, business development, and marketing.
- Headhunting candidates – understanding candidates' career ambitions, skills and experience
- Understand client needs and provide tailored executive search solutions.
- Manage every step of the hiring process, from candidate interviews to post-hire follow-ups.
- Source and shortlist the best talent for our clients.
- Negotiate offers and help guide both clients and candidates through the entire recruitment process.
- Interviewing and working with C-Suite and Executive level candidates to help them find their next long-term position.
- Building cutting-edge databases, to continually position G&E Partners as a market leader in your specialised markets.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Your Training & Development:

Our in-house G&E Academy and the Learning and Development team will provide a tailored blend of on-the-job, classroom-based training, supplemented with one-on-one sessions with bespoke e-learning. Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: From £26,000-30,000 per year
