As the Strategic Account Manager for the Patient Care Solutions (PCS) product portfolio, you will be responsible for developing the sales strategy within your region. You will develop new and existing strategic business relationships to ensure maximum results are achieved for GEHC. Do you have a commercial and strategic mind-set and are you results driven? Location: The role will be to comprehensively manage all PCS accounts in Yorkshire & Humber, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships, develop a business strategy, and maximise business opportunities for all PCS products and services within the territory.
  • Develop and implement Go-to-Market plans with cross-functional and multi-product teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations and contracts.
  • Grow GEHC’s share of customer investments in capital and operational expenditure.
  • Achieve sales and orders volumes at the target prices/margins in assigned accounts/territory.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent high-quality interactions with customers at all levels both clinical and operational management.
  • Build long term strategic alliances with a portfolio of accounts to continue to add value and promote service offerings.
  • Work in conjunction with Product Sales Specialists, Service Operations and GEHC resources to provide the necessary technical, clinical and business content to create a competitive differentiation.
  • Coordinate ‘One GE Healthcare’ team on assigned accounts in order to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • In cooperation with Modality Leaders and Marketing, drive ‘One GE Healthcare’ marketing events on territory.
  • Be aware of segmentation and apply relevant product benefits to each client’s segment.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to management, product teams, services and marketing.
  • Maintain CRM (salesforce.com) and Install Base tool, provide Quarterly Territory reviews and forecast orders and sales accurately.
  • Follow all applicable GE policies, procedures and operating mechanisms.
  • Proactively participate in GE initiatives depending on organisational needs/as directed by management.

Qualifications: This role requires advanced experience in Clinical Equipment Sales. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
