As part of our Service Operations Trainee Programme, you’ll rotate through key departments—Business Operations, Service Centre & Planning, and Logistics—to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in healthcare service delivery.

Responsibilities
Job Description
- Coordinate service and maintenance of high-end medical equipment with healthcare professionals and field engineers
- Manage parts, tools, and logistics to support engineers in the field
- Ensure smooth execution of service contracts, billing, and customer support
- Handle escalations, troubleshoot courier issues, and support internal teams
- Work across multiple systems and ERPs to deliver operational excellence
Qualifications And Requirements
- Strong IT skills; Excel and data handling experience is a plus
- Clear and confident communication in English (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team success
Desired Skills
- College or university education is desirable but not essential for the right candidate
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
