Job Description Key Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of all Xray systems across the Midlands, with flexibility to support wider UK requirements. Diagnose and resolve complex system-level faults across multi-technology platforms. Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure equipment uptime and customer satisfaction. Provide remote diagnostics and support from a home office, dialling into systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues where possible. Collaborate with engineering teams, service centres, and commercial functions to deliver exceptional service. Manage tools, spare parts, and travel logistics efficiently. Complete all required documentation accurately and within deadlines. Travel approximately 35–40% of the time, with occasional overnight stays. Attend international training courses as required. Be flexible to support overtime, short-notice callouts, and weekend shifts Compulsory. (1 in every 4 weekends) Required Qualifications
