This person is responsible for providing expert remote clinical applications and technical support for all GE Ultrasound products for customers across our portfolio. Provide first response and remote solutions where possible to customers experiencing application issues. The position reports to the Clinical Product Specialist Manager, working closely with the remote lead CPS.

Qualifications
- Provide virtual demonstrations and clinical application guidance.
- Support customers through online learning platforms, remote training sessions, and digital engagement tools.
- Manage and facilitate customer webinars, virtual workshops, and educational events.
- Respond to customer training requests and ensure timely resolution of clinical application queries.
- Partner with service and applications teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain working knowledge across all ultrasound segments, including General Imaging, Women’s HealthCare, Point of Care and CVUS.
- Spend approximately 20% of working time in the field developing practical knowledge and learning Ultrasound portfolio.
- Attend customer visits, demonstrations, and educational events to maintain current clinical and product expertise.
- Stay up to date with new product introductions and software releases.
- Understand and support AST process.
Educational Content Development
- Develop, review, and maintain customer-facing training materials and clinical education guides.
- Support the development of digital learning content, self-paced training modules, and best practice documentation.
- Ensure educational materials remain relevant, accurate, and aligned with customer needs.
Collaboration and Leadership Support
- Build strong working relationships with Remote Applications Leaders, Service Leaders, and Field Applications teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhanced customer support and education.
- Share insights from customer interactions to help drive continuous improvement and best practices.
- Support onboarding and training activities for new team members when required.
Innovation and Customer Engagement
- Work closely with the Remote Applications Leader to identify and implement innovative approaches to customer education and support.
- Promote digital solutions that increase customer engagement and improve accessibility to training.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer touchpoints through proactive educational initiatives.
- Contribute ideas that improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall service delivery.
- Support the development of scalable remote learning solutions that enhance the customer experience.
