Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of external manufacturing partners to ensure reliability, quality, and compliance in MI drug product production.
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain for raw materials and consumables, ensuring timely availability and cost-effective sourcing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CMOs and suppliers, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across quality, regulatory, procurement, and logistics teams to support manufacturing and supply continuity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain performance, cost optimisation, and risk mitigation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to remote teams across multiple countries, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
- Own and influence operating plans and budgets related to external manufacturing and supply chain activities.
- Apply evaluative judgement to resolve complex operational challenges and recommend best practices informed by industry trends.
- Present business and technical solutions to senior leadership and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in manufacturing and operations management within the pharmaceutical or molecular imaging domain.
- Proven track record in managing outsourced or contract manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance in drug product manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead remote, cross-border teams and manage multi-country supply chains.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering).
