Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused sales professional to drive growth in service and accessories solutions across London. This role suits someone with experience in selling service, consumables, or capital equipment within healthcare — including NHS and independent sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue across Service Contracts, Non-Contract services, Spare Parts, and Service and Accessories.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to drive portfolio growth.
  • Engage NHS and independent providers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Act as the primary contact for service-related inquiries
  • Build strong relationships with clinical, technical, and departmental decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce).

Product & Technical Expertise

  • Demonstrate advanced product knowledge in clinically relevant terms
  • Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to installation sign-off.
  • Collaborate with biomedical teams to drive out-of-contract sales
  • Use total cost of ownership and clinical evidence to support sales
  • Deliver post-sales clinical training with documented records.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work cross-functionally to support customer outcomes and business goals
  • Contribute to pricing discussions and strategic planning
  • Identify opportunities to differentiate service offerings and create customer value.

Product Evaluation Management

  • Own and manage end-to-end clinical and technical product evaluations
  • Present total solution proposals and respond to clinical/technical questions
  • Deliver post-sales training and maintain training documentation.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Provide ongoing support to the installed base to grow satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and manage strategic customer/KOL relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with GE teams to maximize customer intimacy and sales opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Background in EBME, Medical Engineering, Clinical Sales, or similar healthcare/technical field.
  • Proven track record in healthcare sales (service, consumables, capital equipment).
  • Familiarity with NHS procurement and independent sector dynamics.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and CRM systems.
  • Strong product demonstration and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage large territories effectively.
