The Executive Account Partnerships and Solutions Manager (PSM) is responsible for managing an assigned set of strategic accounts, academia, and regional ICSs to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE Healthcare. The PSM develops, communicates, and executes strategy at the account level, leading the team through collaboration with Account Managers and Product Sales Specialists to a successful conclusion through increased customer intimacy and strength of relationships.
The role involves driving orders and sales growth by influencing investments and increasing GEHC’s share of wallet. The PSM will explore and monitor territories to identify and generate partnership opportunities as early as possible and build executive business relationships with C-suite executives to define and implement a 1-3 year plan.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the long-term success of GEHC's relationship within the regional ICS, including select accounts.
- Driving partnership to achieve goals and objectives through understanding customers' strategic plans.
- Building customer intimacy and growing GEHC commercial relationships by orchestrating resources to the customer's advantage.
- Providing strategic leadership and direction for the wider GE Healthcare Account Team.
- Achieving sales, orders, and margin targets while managing costs within budget.
- Analyzing accounts to develop business plans and strategies that create new business opportunities.
- Working with the Enterprise Solutions team to provide wider solutions and assist in co-development and delivery of digital tools and services.
- Leading and leveraging subject matter experts to provide necessary technical, clinical, and business content to customers.
- Developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of assigned accounts' business, key initiatives, and priorities.
- Transparent communication with management to ensure teamwork and collaboration.
- Developing and implementing “Go–to-Market” plans with cross-functional teams.
- Establishing and enhancing relationships at C-suite level through responsive resolution of issues.
- Promoting service offerings to identify and escalate commercial service needs.
- Building long-term strategic alliances with accounts and continuing to add value.
- Staying informed about the equipment, Digital, and Services portfolios.
- Ensuring compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity, and company policies.
- Selecting KPIs to monitor account development relationships.
- Acting as a resource for colleagues and leading small to medium size projects.
- Leading communication on external networks and encouraging the Account team to share success stories.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Significant experience in Business Management or Sales/Marketing.
- Experience in closing large, complex, strategic deals.
- Proven key account management and project planning skills.
- Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- High-level presentation skills.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and financial acumen.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Able to analyse and resolve problems.
- Ability to influence and lead programs/projects.
- Fluency in English.
Desirable skills include a Master’s degree, healthcare experience in a commercial environment, and deep knowledge of GEHC products and services.
