GE HealthCare is seeking a Global Pre-Launch Campaigns Manager to serve as a high-impact creative and strategic architect for our global marketing organization. This pivotal role focuses on the critical "market-shaping" phase of our innovation lifecycle, building unbranded and scientific awareness campaigns that prepare the global stage for our New Product Introductions (NPIs).

Working in close collaboration with Digital and Product Marketing Leaders, you will translate complex scientific data into powerful, human‑centric narratives that resonate across both online and offline channels. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Marketing, you will lead the campaign strategy from initial concept through to global implementation—ensuring every touchpoint reinforces GE HealthCare’s position as a trusted partner and leader in precision care.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Implementation
    • Strategic Campaign Development: Design and execute global pre‑launch campaign strategies aimed at driving market growth and reinforcing brand leadership.
    • Omnichannel Execution: Lead the implementation of campaigns across a diverse mix of channels, including digital platforms, large‑scale medical congresses, and offline events.
    • Strategic Narrative: Develop insight‑driven narratives that translate advanced technology into clear clinical and economic value for key stakeholders.
  • Creative Leadership & Brand Stewardship
    • Creative Direction: Provide visionary creative leadership, ensuring all pre‑launch materials meet the highest standards of excellence and align with GE HealthCare’s visual identity.
    • Master Asset Architecture: Oversee the development of a global "Master Asset" framework, ensuring content is modular, scalable, and adaptable for regional marketing teams.
    • Brand Protection: Act as a strategic steward of the GE HealthCare brand, balancing bold creative innovation with global brand governance and consistency.
  • Content Governance & Digital Expertise
    • SEO & Content Flow: Apply deep expertise in SEO and digital content flow to ensure pre‑launch awareness materials are discoverable and optimized for the digital customer journey.
