Responsibilities
- Surveying and compiling drawings for site utilities and building services, including: Active Drainage, Surface Water Drainage, Foul Drainage, Fire Safety Systems, Fire Certification, Security, Water, Gas, Compressed Air, Ventilation Systems
- Proactive maintenance and updating of site drawing records to support regulatory compliance
- Maintenance of Site Plan and Buildings Floorplan drawings
- Design Draughting support for Engineering, Projects, Waste, Decommissioning and EHS&S groups
- Administration, configuration and management of Meridian document management system, including: User support and training, coordination of Meridian GEHC security permissions, cloud services and vendor liaison for routine support and version upgrades
- Day-to-day EIC activities, including locating and providing current or legacy drawings and documents to various departments across site, e.g. Engineering, Projects, Waste, Decommissioning and EHS&S groups
- Control and Distribution of Controlled Copy drawings to Engineering Operations, Emergency Response and Security teams
- Support to EHS Elements teams
- CAD support and training for TGC colleagues
- Processing of site GIS data (Trimble) for projects and baseline records
- Compilation and periodic review of Drawing Management Procedure for The Grove Centre

- Demonstrate knowledge of Hazard Recognition & Concern Reporting tool
- Complete EHS Training
- Take part in Housekeeping/Safety Inspections, identifying and raising any EHS & Security concerns or immediate corrective actions
Qualification and Requirements
- Proficiency with Meridian Enterprise 2023 Drawing management software and server
- Experience with AutoCAD 2024 computer aided design software
- Ability to import and manipulate GIS data from Trimble and K-Matic systems
- Understanding and appreciation of all relevant technical disciplines
- Knowledge of utilities, building services and processes
- Understanding and application of drawing management principles
- Strong control and oversight of drawing management
