The International Clinical Education & Strategy CVUS manager is responsible for defining and executing the clinical education and alignment strategy across regions in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. The role ensures strong clinical differentiation of the product portfolio through effective education programs, third‑party partnerships, and close alignment with Marketing on competitive positioning to maximize sales effectiveness and win rate. The clinical education manager reports to the CVUS GM International.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Education & International Clinical Management: Define and lead the international clinical education strategy across regions, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business priorities. Develop, deploy, and continuously optimize clinical education programs addressing customer needs, care pathways, and evolving clinical practices. Coordinate and align regional clinical leaders to ensure consistent execution of clinical education initiatives at international level. Monitor clinical education outcomes and leverage insights to improve adoption, customer engagement, and clinical confidence.
- Third‑Party & Industry Partnerships: Establish and manage strategic partnerships with third‑party organizations, including medical device companies, education providers, and clinical institutions. Co‑develop joint educational initiatives, clinical programs, and content to enhance clinical credibility and market impact. Ensure all partnerships comply with regulatory, ethical, and company standards while delivering measurable value.
- Clinical Alignment with Marketing & Competitive Strategy: Act as the clinical partner to the Marketing Director and Marketing teams to ensure strong clinical alignment in go‑to‑market strategies. Lead clinical input into competitive analysis, translating market and competitor insights into clear clinical value propositions. Adapt and validate battle cards and competitive tools by integrating clinical arguments aligned to competitive products and customer decision drivers. Support the optimization of win rate by ensuring sales teams are equipped with clinically relevant, differentiated, and credible competitive messaging.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Strategy Execution: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and R&D to ensure clinical insights are integrated into product positioning, roadmap discussions, and launch strategies. Communicate and monitor the execution and alignment of clinical strategies across international regions and zones. Provide regular feedback to senior leadership on clinical priorities, competitive landscape, and education performance.
Qualifications:
- Senior profile with experience in the medical industry.
- Experience in ultrasound & cardiology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel 50% of time.
- Valid motor vehicle license.
- Experience with interfacing with both internal team members, external customers and industrial group.
- Working level English.
- Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
- Direct customer relationship experience.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate across a distributed workforce.
