Job Description Summary
As an International Graphic Designer at GE Health Care, you will create compelling visual experiences that bring GE Health Care’s purpose—to create a world where healthcare has no limits—to life across global markets.
You will develop creative campaigns, digital assets, and multimedia content that transform complex healthcare and pharmaceutical solutions into engaging, human‑centered stories.
Working closely with marketing and business stakeholders, you will ensure brand consistency while delivering impactful creative solutions that support commercial objectives and improve patient outcomes.
Essential Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Create engaging visual content, including marketing collateral, presentations, infographics, digital assets, congress materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and oversee multimedia content, including video and motion graphics, to communicate complex healthcare topics through compelling storytelling.
- Apply human‑centered design principles and systems thinking to develop scalable and effective creative solutions for international marketing initiatives.
- Partner with marketing, product, and digital teams to translate business strategies into impactful visual communications.
- Maintain and enforce brand governance by ensuring consistent application of visual identity standards and messaging frameworks across all materials.
- Leverage marketing technology platforms and collaborate with Digital Marketing teams to deploy campaign assets and customer journeys.
- Serve as a trusted creative advisor to stakeholders, providing recommendations that strengthen brand expression and audience engagement.
- Basic Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, brand development, visual communications, or creative marketing, preferably within the healthcare or other regulated industry; strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in multi‑channel campaign development, visual storytelling, and content creation across digital and print platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, and Premiere Pro, or comparable design tools.
- Experience creating multimedia content, including video, animation, and interactive digital assets.
- Knowledge of human‑centered design methodologies and brand architecture principles.
- Familiarity with marketing and content management platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Showpad, and Veeva.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
