Job Description Summary
As a Biomedical Engineering Trainee at GE HealthCare, you’ll be assigned to a regional Service Area in the UK and begin a structured 2-year development programme aimed at transitioning into a permanent Field Service role. Responsibilities

  • Support the Biomed Team Leaders and Account Manager in delivering on contract commitments and meeting KPIs
  • Take initiative and assist team members as needed in a collaborative environment
  • Demonstrate and uphold GE HealthCare’s leadership behaviours
  • Adhere to local and global Health & Safety regulations
  • Commit to quality standards and follow both local and global Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Medical Technology, or Electronics Engineering
  • Experience working in clinical environments
  • Awareness of relevant industry standards and regulatory bodies
  • Willingness to travel to various sites and support the wider team
  • Strong interest in technology and a desire to build a career in medical equipment service
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
