About the position

You\’ll be working in a 360 Recruitment role, with focus on permanent placements in the the US market; market specialism will be dependant business & team.

  • Identify and win new clients across your sector and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Effectively manage end-to-end Executive search assignments, from client briefing through to placement; manage interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Consistently hit personal billing targets and KPIs while contributing to wider team success.
  • Keep the CRM & databases updated.

So what are we looking for from you?

What we want to see

  • Previous experience in a Sales role e.g. SDR, BDR.
  • Examples of targets/KPIs you have had and how you have performed against them.
  • Examples of being resilient: what setbacks or obstacles have you overcome?
  • Team player with examples of you working in a team or supporting peers and/or colleagues.
  • Results-driven mindset and the ability to meet targets and deliver high-quality service.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging key stakeholders.
  • How you have approached generating leads/doing business development in current or previous sales roles.
  • Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
