Goodall Brazier Group & G&E Group are on the lookout for a Data Analyst (Year in Industry) to join our ever-expanding, multifunctional business that prides itself on the care and support it offers to its clients in the heart of Leeds City Centre.
Working alongside 10 growing businesses across 2 continents, the ideal candidate will be able to monitor, interpret, manipulate, and feedback data to colleagues all over the company. If you have intermediate Excel skills and can create bespoke reports, this is a role you can really get your teeth into.

Goodall Brazier Group & G&E Group have invested heavily in an integrated suite of management data tools, automations, and a leading CRM system. Critical to the success of these investments, is the provision of insights into training needs, levels of utilisation at consultant level, and the resulting valuable management information. This role therefore plays a critical part in achieving the market position we seek.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse consultant activities across a variety of CRM systems, which will signify training needs and areas for improvements.
- Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.
- Produce data reports for managers and managing directors using Excel and PowerBI.
- Research into new CRM systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of individual consultants and businesses.
- Build relevant data models to report on performance.
- Analysing trends and communicate data findings across the group as well as researching into potential new markets.
What we are looking for:
- You must be studying a Bachelor's degree and between 2nd and 3rd Year β preferably with an IT or Mathematics module included.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel. Experience with PowerBI is desired but not compulsory.
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills in person, over the phone and via email.
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, sociable office environment.
