Salary: £26,000–£35,000 base | OTE Year 1: £55,000+

We’re now looking for ambitious graduates to join our growing team in Leeds as Executive Search Consultants , where you’ll gain the skills, training, and experience to build a high-impact career in executive search and talent consulting.
The Role
As a Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact recruitment and advisory projects. You’ll:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and talent strategies
- Research, identify, and engage with senior-level professionals across specialist markets
- Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with the right opportunities
- Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, from initial brief to offer and placement
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates while developing your own sector expertise
This is a commercially focused, people-driven role offering early exposure to senior decision-makers and complex business challenges.
