We identify and engage leaders with their next ideal role and help major businesses scale their teams. Focusing on Life Sciences and Construction markets across the US, we have developed specialist niches within those industries. We work with talent typically on $150k+ annual salaries and network with Executives across the region. About the position:
- You’ll be working in a 360 Recruitment role, with focus on permanent placements in the US market; market specialism will be dependent on business & team.
- Identify and win new clients across your sector and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Effectively manage end-to-end Executive search assignments, from client briefing through to placement; manage interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.
- Conduct in-depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
- Consistently hit personal billing targets and KPIs while contributing to wider team success.
- Keep the CRM & databases updated.

- Previous experience in a Sales role e.g. SDR, BDR.
- Examples of targets/KPIs you have had and how you have performed against them.

- Team player with examples of you working in a team or supporting peers and/or colleagues.
- Results-driven mindset and the ability to meet targets and deliver high-quality service.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging key stakeholders.
- How you have approached generating leads/doing business development in current or previous sales roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
