About the position
Position title: Executive Search Recruitment Consultant
Location: 33 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0PW β 5 days in office Mon-Fri
This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with no prior Recruitment experience.
You\βll be working in a 360 Recruitment role, with focus on permanent placements in the US market; market specialism will be dependant business & team.
- Identify and win new clients across your sector and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Effectively manage end-to-end Executive search assignments, from client briefing through to placement; manage interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.
- Conduct in-depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
- Consistently hit personal billing targets and KPIs while contributing to wider team success.
- Keep the CRM & databases updated.
