We identify and engage leaders with their next ideal role and help major businesses scale their teams. Focusing on Life Sciences and Construction markets across the US, we have developed specialist niches within those industries. We work with talent typically on $150k+ annual salaries and network with Executives across the region.

This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with no prior Recruitment experience. You will be working in a 360 Recruitment role, with a focus on permanent placements in the US market:
- Identify and win new clients across your sector and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Effectively manage end-to-end Executive search assignments, from client briefing through to placement.
- Conduct in-depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
- Keep the CRM & databases updated.

Your successes: what academic, sporting, or life achievements have you had? Results-driven mindset and the ability to meet targets and deliver high-quality service. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
