We identify and engage leaders with their next ideal role and help major businesses scale their teams. Focusing on Life Sciences and Construction markets across the US, we have developed specialist niches within those industries. We work with talent typically on $150k+ annual salaries and network with Executives across the region. About the position:
- Location: 1 E Parade, Leeds LS1 2AD - 5 days in office Mon‑Fri
- This is an entry‑level position suitable for recent graduates or those with no prior Recruitment experience.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and win new clients across your sector and maintain long‑term partnerships.
- Effectively manage end‑to‑end Executive search assignments, from client briefing through to placement; manage interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.
- Conduct in‑depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and keep up‑to‑date with industry trends.
- Consistently hit personal billing targets and KPIs while contributing to wider team success.
- Keep the CRM & databases updated.
