GE Consulting are looking for an experienced arboriculturist to join our vibrant team in Bristol. This role will vary depending on your level of experience but we require another experienced arboriculturist capable of conducting surveys, writing reports and managing a wide variety of interesting projects to join our team. We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual who will bring positivity and passion to our team.
Essential skills and experience
- At least four years consultancy experience (including writing reports and project management)
- Excellent communication skills including report writing and client liaison
- Thorough knowledge of BS5837:2012, legislation, and the planning system leading to confidence in providing technical advice to clients
- Experience of carrying out BS5837:2012 surveys and preparation of Arboricultural Impact Assessments / Arboricultural Method Statements
- Experience of carrying out tree condition and safety assessments and a suitable qualification e.g. Lantra Professional Tree Inspection
- Attention to detail and the ability to deliver contracts on time and to budget
- A client-focused approach where the commercial element of each project can be understood and appreciated
- Full driving licence

- AutoCAD or QGIS skills
