Job Description
Key Activities:
- Managing the Maximo CMMS asset management system through data validation and data collection
- Work order allocation to team members
- Providing a communication avenue between the team and the wider business
- Coordinating onsite resources
- Liaising with external contractors and managing the contractor control process from concept to completion.
- Owning key accounts such as work wear and telecoms providers
- Raising access passes for various contractors
- Procuring goods through compliant suppliers
- Manage records to maintain regulatory compliance
- Accompany ad-hoc contractors to various worksites.
- Contribute to managing the safety of the extended team
- Assist & deliver site-wide and team events
- Coordinate the team as delegate for team leader
- Interface with stakeholders to schedule downtime
