Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement and Project Co-ordinator to integrate into a high performing team with a drive for Continuous Improvement and growth. You will play a critical role in leading cross functional teams such as EH&S, Quality, Engineering and operations to identify inefficiencies, implement Lean/ CI practices and co-ordinate key projects from initiation to commissioning. What you will be leading
- Safety And Compliance – Ensure all project and improvement activity is led in a safe manner protecting our people and product, adhering to company policies, procedures and industry regulations.
- Process Optimization – Use GE\\\’s FLIGHTDECK system to monitor KPI\\\’s. Identify bottlenecks and implement Continuous Improvement projects driving Improved Safety, Quality, Delivery and productivity metrics.
- Project Support – Assist in the development of project Scope, action plans and work with OEM to define specification meeting business needs.
- Coordination – Coordinate project activities across different business functions, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met whilst working within Budget.
- Monitoring & Reporting – Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to key stakeholders and Value Stream Leaders.
- Meeting Management & Communication – Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate minutes. Serve as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders and management.
- Documentation – Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
What you will Bring to the role
- Continuous Improvement Mindset – Skilled in lean principles, root cause analysis, and driving measurable improvements.
- Proven Project coordinator experience – A background in Project management from conception to delivery with an ability to prepare and interpret Gantt Charts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Capable of building alignment across teams and clearly reporting on challenges, solutions, progress and escalations.
- Excellent organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
