Overview
As a Test Operator, you will be responsible for the set up and running of production testing of PCBs. Role will be in the CH18 PCB. The role will include a range of tasks and the successful applicant should demonstrate flexibility and work effectively as part of a larger multi-disciplined team.
Responsibilities
- Support for Test process, Genrad 1-2-1 ICT, Functional testing, and LM Star tests
- Accurate logging of failure data in FRACAS database and assisting with possible root cause fixes
- All aspects of setup of equipment to support test
- Compliance with and adherence to relevant processes and procedures
- The ability to identify trends and root cause to eliminate future fails
- The Ability to formulate your own shift plan to deliver product in line with the MPS and customer requirements
- Read and follow manufacturing plans
- Ensure quality and health & safety adherence
- Follow daily manufacturing metrics
- Participate in lean activities and other initiatives
- Support manufacturing delivery needs
- Work in teams to achieve delivery targets
- Complete manufacturing paperwork and job cards
