Job Description
The Material Controller will work in a storage facility adjacent to the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing area, ensuring world‑class standards of material flow, storage accuracy, quality, and kitting in preparation for PCB programme ramp‑ups and integration.
Responsibilities
- Physical movement of material – picking, packing, labelling etc.
- Control of stock in line with aerospace standards
- Inventory transactions within a business system
- Housekeeping to maintain performance
- Process Work Orders for the Operations team in line with the Production Plan
- Fulfil all material requests
- Attend daily rhythms to review performance and discuss key performance indicators.
- Apply problem‑solving skills to overcome queries and provide swift resolutions.
- Support Leadership on process improvement initiatives to improve turnaround‑time (TAT), reduce inventory losses, and develop world‑class material presentation.
- Deliver on personal goals agreed with Leadership relating to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.

Qualifications / Requirements
IT literate, moderate confidence with PC packages and experienced in use of ERP planning systems or an inventory management alternative.
