The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Raising invoices to both internal and external customers for engine overhaul and repair, piece part repair, working parties and associated sundry invoicing and billing duties.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Collating information from ERP system on costs of overhaul (engine, parts, etc.)
  • Segregating costs into cost types for billing onto end customer
  • Understanding and interpreting contract types to determine invoicing amounts
  • Data interrogation and connecting with operational activity to ensure correct cost liquidation and invoicing to end customer
  • Issuing invoices to customers across various contractual obligations including pre-induction, progress, initial and final invoices
  • Working with other teams within the business to drive invoicing performance and improve cash generation
  • Applying Lean principles such as standard work to identify and install continuous process improvement
  • Performing daily, weekly and monthly duties across the team and processes on construction of reporting data and KPI

  • Experience within finance, working with contracts and customers
  • Advanced Excel skills
