  • Support and lead contract negotiations with customers and other counterparties as needed.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop compliant, practical contracting solutions that meet business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a range of customers and internal partners.

  • Apply knowledge of FAR and applicable supplements where relevant, and/or demonstrate strong capability in commercial and international contracting.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and support Lean adoption to improve contracting efficiency and business performance.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment through strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and influence.

  • Proven ability to work effectively across multiple business functions and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience leading projects or initiatives focused on process improvement and Lean principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex issues with sound judgment.
