Roles and Responsibilities
- Support configuration management for assigned products or programs
- Maintain approved baselines and related records
- Support engineering changes, releases, deviations, and waivers
- Help ensure product data is accurate and aligned across systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement approved changes
- Support status accounting, metrics, and traceability
- Assist with audits, document reviews, and data quality checks
- Identify and communicate configuration data issues
- Support continuous improvement in configuration processes
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of technical documentation, BOMs, and change control
- Bachelor’s degree (not essential) or equivalent domain experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desired Characteristics
- Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Internship, co-op, or early career experience in configuration management, engineering support, manufacturing, quality, or document control
- Familiarity with PLM, ERP, or document management systems
- Tariff and export control experience or exposure is desirable
- Strong analytical and cross-functional teamwork skills
