We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative activities of our warehousing operations team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate records, smooth coordination of warehouse activities, and effective communication across internal teams and external partners. The successful candidate will help maintain operational efficiency while supporting safety, quality, delivery, and inventory accuracy goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the warehouse operations team
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records, files, and reports
  • Support receiving and dispatch documentation
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel, logistics teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and update warehouse management system transactions
  • Prepare operational reports, KPI updates, and status summaries
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication of daily priorities

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, warehouse support, logistics, or operations coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
