Drive optimal performance (cost, fulfilment, quality, cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain and Project execution. Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may influence work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Management of the Wales Overhaul Shop finance team responsible for supporting operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
  • Lead the site FP&A and customer billing functions.
  • Ensures financial statement accuracy for the site in partnership with our controllership colleagues.
  • Plays a key role as part of the site leadership team in helping the Wales team achieve its key deliverables to our customers and internal stakeholders, always with compliance and integrity at the forefront.
  • Drives adoption and effective utilization of the FLIGHT DECK operating system at the site, both with operations and within the finance function.
  • Drives results in line with the broader GE Aerospace finance team key objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience leading finance teams within a manufacturing environment.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Fully qualified or Part-qualified
  • Relevant finance degree
