We are recruiting on behalf of a client who delivers technical training and eLearning solutions to the banking and financial services space around the world. The open role involves sales and account management and it has a sales target of between £500k - £1m. Our client is long established, recognised as an industry leader and is stable, well run and profitable. The client base covers all shapes and sizes of banks and financial institutions from investment banks to retail banks and asset managers.
The key elements are as follows:
- Proactively develop client relationships, anticipate and provide solutions to client needs and carry a £500k+ sales quota.
- Execute cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
- Own all aspects of sales and account management for allocated markets (banking/FS market) including lead generation, follow ups, face-to-face meetings, written proposals.
