The role also involves supporting printers, phones, network-enabled devices and audio-visual equipment for assemblies, events and visiting speakers, while helping to maintain secure, reliable and well-documented ICT services.You will have proven experience delivering customer-focused ICT support, using a service desk or ticketing system, and troubleshooting a range of technical issues. You will also bring strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, close attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
