Putney High School - GDST is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised HR Administrator to join our HR Support function and support a thriving community of over 200 employees across the Junior and Senior School. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high-quality service.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle, contributing to the smooth and effective operation of the school's HR function. Responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment administration
- Maintaining personnel records
- Supporting payroll processes
- Undertaking pre-employment checks
- Ensuring compliance with ISI, employment and GDST regulatory requirements
As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in supporting Putney's People - helping to attract, retain and support the exceptional staff who make Putney such a successful and inspiring place to learn and work.
