The post holder plays a leading role in delivering effective, high-quality supervision of pupil lessons during teacher absences, ensuring a productive learning environment. They will manage class registrations, distribute set work, and calmly maintain authority in the classroom while supporting the wider timetabling and administrative teams. If you have a proactive, 'can-do' approach, enjoy working with children, and possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, we would be delighted to hear from you.
