The role:

Royal High School Bath, GDST is a vibrant, forward-thinking day and boarding school for girls aged 9-18 - a place where every girl is known, valued and empowered to thrive. We are looking for an organised, proactive and approachable Business Support Partner to join our busy team and play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our school.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will provide high-quality administrative support across the school, acting as a trusted point of contact for students, parents, staff, prospective families and visitors. You will help ensure that every interaction reflects the warm, welcoming and professional environment that makes Royal High special.

Working closely with colleagues across the school, you will support day-to-day operations, coordinate activities, manage information and provide excellent service to our community. From responding to enquiries and supporting events to assisting with administrative processes and ensuring effective communication, no two days will be the same.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised and efficient, and is motivated by making a positive difference to the experience of students, families and colleagues.

About you:

You will bring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload. You will be confident communicating with a wide range of people and will enjoy building positive relationships across the school community.

You will be professional, approachable and reliable, with the ability to prioritise effectively and remain calm when working in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues wherever needed are essential.

You will have experience of providing administrative support and using Microsoft Office systems, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience within an education setting would be advantageous, but above all we are looking for someone who is committed to delivering excellent service and contributing positively to our community.

About Royal High Bath:

Royal High Bath is a day and boarding school with a reputation for providing a pioneering education for girls. We are proud to be part of the Girls' Day School Trust - the UK's leading network of independent girls' schools - offering exceptional professional development, collaboration and career progression.

Our community is warm, inclusive and ambitious. We value kindness, bravery and excellence, and we believe in empowering girls to live a life unlimited. As part of our Marketing and Admissions team, you will play a vital role in sharing that ethos with families locally, nationally and internationally.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salaries and pay progression
  • Extensive professional development and training grants
  • GDST pension schemes
  • Up to 50% discount on fees for children at GDST schools
  • Interest-free loans for training, computer purchases and travel season tickets
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Free lunches during term time
  • Access to our free BUPA Employee Assistance Programme
  • Supportive, friendly and collaborative working environment

If you are passionate about creative communication, enjoy working in a fast-paced and purposeful environment, and want to make a real impact on the experience of families and students, we would love to hear from you.
