Streatham & Clapham High School (Girls’ Day School Trust) is seeking a skilled recorder player as a self‑employed Visiting Music Teacher.
Contract: Permanent, Part‑time.
Location: London, Greater London.
Salary: To be confirmed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the talents of young recorder students in the Senior and Prep schools.
- Teach approximately four hours of music lessons, split across the Senior and Prep schools.
- Possibly lead a co‑curricular ensemble at the Senior school.
- Support students who achieve highly in graded examinations and may use the recorder as their performance focus at GCSE and A‑Level.
Requirements:
- First‑rate recording skills and teaching ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
