Summary: We are looking for a reliable and proactive Site Assistant to join our friendly Premises Team. Your work will involve setting up rooms, supporting events, basic repairs, site checks, security and general maintenance, helping keep our school safe, welcoming and running smoothly. This is a varied role in a supportive school community, ideal for someone with good practical skills, a can‑do attitude and pride in doing a good job. School experience is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up classrooms and event spaces.
- Support school events and lettings.
- Carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Perform site checks and ensure safety and security.
- Assist with general upkeep of premises.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in caretaking, facilities management, maintenance, porterage, property services or a similar hands‑on role.

- Previous school or childcare experience is a plus but not essential.
Working Patterns: Monday to Friday, with additional support on Saturdays and Sundays for school events and lettings.
