We wish to appoint a self‑employed Visiting Music Teacher to teach Violin and Viola at Norwich High School for Girls. This is an exciting opportunity to work with talented and enthusiastic pupils aged three to eighteen in our thriving Music Department. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for music and will be proactive in promoting and encouraging interest in their specialism.
Responsibilities
- Provide 30‑minute 1 : 1 tuition sessions on a rotational timetable.
- Timetabling lessons through our SOCS calendar system.
- Invoice parents directly for lessons.
- Promote and encourage interest in Violin and Viola among pupils.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Self‑employed status.
- Well qualified in violin and/or viola.
- Live within a manageable commute to the school.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable and innovative in teaching.
