Responsibilities
- Coaching crews from J14 to Senior during term time
- Lead training sessions on two afternoons per week (Tuesday and Thursday, approx 1:00‑3:40 p.m.) and Saturday mornings for beginners and more experienced rowers
- Assist in the competitive performance of approximately 40 rowers across the school
- Transport pupils from school to the boathouse by school minibus (as required)
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent knowledge of rowing and coaching experience
- British Rowing Coaching Level 2 (or working towards) and RYA Powerboat Level 2
- Ability to drive a school minibus
