This is a part time, zero hours position, working during school term times only.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking to recruit Examinations Invigilators to join our existing team of experienced staff.
- Invigilators are responsible for conducting examination sessions in the presence of the candidates and have a key role to play in upholding the integrity and security of the exams and assessment process.
- Work will be available throughout the year for internal mock examinations, retakes and University Admissions testing.
- The key requirement for availability will be predominately in the months of May and June for the external exam season.
- Successful invigilators will need to be available from 8:00am to facilitate the set-up of morning exams.
- For afternoon exams, invigilators will need to be available at 1:00pm to set up.
- On some occasions, the exam can extend to 5pm.
- Flexibility is essential, as these timings are subject to change depending on the examination.
Qualifications
- Experience is desirable but training will be provided and is a mandatory element of the role.
- Strong IT skills are essential.
Term and Hours
Part time, zero hours position, working during school term times only.
