Role Overview: To succeed in this role, you will have a passion for supporting individual pupils and want to champion learning and development at every opportunity while celebrating individual success. You will be able to form good relationships with pupils and bring energy to every task with a patient and positive outlook.
Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans, ensuring their needs are met through tailored teaching assistance.
- Collaborate with teachers, the Learning Enhancement Coordinator and other professionals to deliver inclusive learning experiences.
