Responsibilities
- Provide lighting, sound and operational support for a variety of productions at one of the UK's leading independent schools.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements; manage backstage and technical areas.
- Provide full technical support (including AV, lighting, sound, recording and web-casting) for curricular activities, extra-curricular activities and lettings.
- Train staff and students to use sound and stage lighting systems, AV equipment and relevant hardware and software.
- Supervise external bookings for theatres or delegate staffing as required.
About You
- Knowledge of Digico sound desks and equipment.
- Knowledge of ETC EOS lighting desks and rigging.
- Knowledge of network-based lighting and proficiency with 3D visualization software such as Vectorworks and Capture.
- Experience in planning and setting up live events.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with theatre and event space users.
