We’re looking for a People Partner with Education sector experience to join us working across a group of leading independent girls’ schools. What skills and experience you’ll bring to the role

You’re CIPD-qualified (or equivalent) with solid HRBP experience. You enjoy variety, can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, and are comfortable building trust with leaders and staff alike. Education sector experience is a must and your ability to partner, communicate effectively, influence and find solutions.
