The Girls’ Day School Trust (GDST) is seeking a People Partner to join us in a job-share arrangement, working across a group of leading independent girls’ schools in London. This part-time role is three days per week (Wednesday to Friday) and will typically be based in the office 1-2 days per week.
You’ll be CIPD-qualified with extensive HR partnering experience, comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and able to partner, communicate, influence and find pragmatic solutions.
