This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and experienced Personal Assistant to provide proactive, high-quality administrative support to the Head of the Junior School and the wider leadership team at one of London’s leading independent schools.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive administrative support to the Head of the Junior School and the wider leadership team.
  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare communications and support planning and delivery of events.
  • Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach, anticipating needs and adapting to changing priorities in a busy school environment.
  • Minute-taking, meeting coordination and database administration as required.
  • Utilise strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
  • Experience of minute-taking, meeting coordination and database administration.
  • Strong organisational, influencing and communication skills; customer-focused.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
