Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and well‑qualified Music Teacher to join our Junior School on a part‑time basis. The role involves delivering a dynamic music curriculum, supporting concerts, recitals, ensembles and choirs, and developing a vibrant co‑curriculum music programme.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons that inspire pupils of all abilities.
- Actively involved in the preparation and delivery of concerts, recitals and other key musical events.
- Lead and support a range of ensembles and choirs, with a commitment to regular rehearsals.
- Promote music more widely within the school through enrichment activities and public events.
Qualifications:
- Strong classroom practitioner with excellent subject knowledge.
- Experience of teaching music at Junior School level.
- Confident choral and ensemble leader with secure vocal and piano skills, able to accompany rehearsals and performances.
