Contract type: Permanent.
Hours: Full time – Term Time only.
Salary: £24,014 – £28,514 per annum (GDST Support Staff scale, dependent on experience and 26.27 annual pay award).
Suitable for other graduates.

Responsibilities

We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our Junior School Learning Enrichment team. The Learning Enrichment Department plays a central role in supporting the school’s inclusive ethos, promoting neuro‑diversity, and enabling pupils to understand how they learn most effectively. You will work closely with teachers and the Head of Learning Enrichment to provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs from Reception to Year 6, both within the classroom and through small group or 1:1 provision.
